A Corona Passover

The Coronavirus has affected everyone's lives in some way or the other, from the way the Members of Knesset work to the fact that grandchildren can't go and visit their grandparents. This pandemic has forced us all to readjust our lives, as we are all stuck inside our homes, looking for new ways to either work from home or simply pass the time in a productive and interesting way. Well, you can stop worrying because we've got a solution for you!

As you probably already know, this week is Passover, the Holiday of Freedom (Freedom? Seriously? We guess it depends who you ask...) and we are all wondering how we are going to get through this holiday without being able to leave the house. Lucky for you, we have come up with a few ideas that can make this year's Corona Passover a bit more entertaining:

Continue to Work - If you are lucky enough to be able to work from home, you should do your best to continue with it. It will keep you in the loop, get your mind off the challenging situation we're in, and most importantly- it's a great way to pass the time in a productive way. Besides, how much television can one watch? (don't answer that!)

Clean the house - Hey, it is Passover after all, and what better way to use the time you are stuck in the house than to clean it? We have a feeling this spring the houses in Israel are gonna be the cleanest they have ever been!

Online courses - No matter what interests you, you can find a course in anything, even for free. this is a great opportunity to use the time to educate yourself. We all have something we would like to know more about, so let's just do it!

Video calls - It's a good thing this happened in the year 2020 because we now have so many ways to stay in touch, even from afar. So just log on to your software of choice (Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp, etc.), and see how your friends, grandparents, parents, or kids are doing. We guarantee it will make everyone happy. Unless they don't really want to hear from you, which in that case you're on your own.

Continue to engage on iKonnect - Even though we are also working from home, we won't let anything stop us from bringing you new content about Israel. Our love for Israel is stronger than any virus, war, or general lockdown. There will be new content going up daily, including over Passover, so have no fear, we're still gonna be here!
