#Pakal_Kafe: Mitzpe Rotem

Here's an interesting fact about Israelis - They like to take a #Pakal_Kafe with them on hikes in nature, or when they visit their nearby ma'ayan (spring). (or sometimes use them at home!)

Why do you ask? Well, simply because there is nothing more Israeli than enjoying the outdoors with a nice steaming glass of fresh coffee (*Don't worry, there is always emergency tea for the non-coffee drinkers).

>>> So we @iKonnect decided to hop on this trend!

The story

Mitzpe Rotem is a breathtaking lookout point in Jerusalem, on Mount Giloh. The spot is named after Rotem Sharvit, a Giloh native who was killed during his army service. The lookout spot is located on one of the highest points in Jerusalem, which means it gives you a great view of the city, especially if you are lucky enough to visit after it snows and see the whole beautiful city of Jerusalem covered in white.

What to expect?

From the spot, you can see the whole south and west of Jerusalem. This is a great place to bring your pakal kafe and enjoy a hot cup of coffee, in front of the breathtaking view.
