Demei Hashtaka - דְּמֵי הַשְׁתָּקָה
Pronunciation: De⋅mei hash⋅ta⋅ka
Literal translation: Silence fee (bribe to remain silent)
If you did something illegal, and someone finds out about it, or you did something bad to someone, you might be inclined to pay them to keep quiet. That would be called demei hashtaka in Hebrew and is of course illegal.
