Literal translation: Dehydration
Hityabshut can be extremely dangerous, and it happens quite often here in Israel. Not drinking enough water, especially during our hot days, can cause hityabshut.
This can catch you anywhere if you're not careful, in the army, on the beach, while you're exercising, or even just sitting at the office. So do the smart thing and keep yourself hydrated!
