Kaah - כַּעַךְ
Pronunciation: Ka·ah
Literal translation: Pretzel, bagel
Kaah is the Hebrew word for a pretzel, but in a weird way, it is also the Hebrew word for a bagel. How can that be you ask? We have no idea. In the same way, there is one word for pomegranate and a grenade in Hebrew, and there are many others!
Nevertheless, the word kaah isn't really used in casual talk, if you want to ask your Israeli friend for a pretzel, you should say: Efshar bevakasha beygaleh?
