Matzah - מַצָּה
Pronunciation: Matz·tzah
Literal translation: Unleavened bread
Matzah is a mixture of flour and water that was not allowed to rise. Hence it is like a cracker. Did you know? Mazah has a lot of restrictions on how it can be made: it must be created within 18 minutes or it won't be considered kosher for Passover. From rolling out the dough to when it is finished baking must be within 18 minutes!
