We are in the middle of the summer here in Israel, and that means it is boiling hot! But if there's one thing Israelis can't live without, no matter how hot or cold it is outside, it's a good BBQ.
To make a good BBQ, be it meat or fish, leaving the protein in a good tahmitz for a few hours assures it will be tender and full of flavor!
